DEED Book E Page 188  M.E. WALTON, M.S. LONG & R.W. JOHNSON purchased from 
L.S. JOHNSON & wife SUSAN JOHNSON August 28, 1869, Recorded Feb. 16, 1870.
L.S. JOHNSON and his wife, SUSAN JOHNSON, sold one undivided third interest to 
each of two (2) certain lots in the town of Opelika, Lee County, being one 
entire undivided third in said two lots to M.E. WALTON; one entire undivided 
third in the same two lots to M.S. LONG and one entire undivided third in the 
same two lots to R.W. JOHNSON; said being known in the plan of said town as 
lots No. 2 & 3 and Block No. 12. No. 2 being two-hundred feet square and No. 3 
being a fraction and being a portion of section Number seven (7) in Township 
Nineteen (19)of Range Twenty-seven (27).

Additional Comments:
M.E. WALTON is Mary Elizabeth JOHNSON Walton, wife of (Dr.)Thomas Marion 
WALTON (CSA). M.S. LONG is Mary Ann Sarah Long, wife of Oliver B. Walton. R.W. 
Johnson is Robert Walker Johnson. Susan Johnson is the former Susanna WALKER 
wife of Labon Scott Johnson.
