Lee County Alabama Deed Book V Page 195-196. T.M.WALTON purchased 1/2 interest 
in North wall of Brick Store from A.O. & S. HARWELL. For the sum of one 
hundred seventy six and 20/100 ($176.40) T.M. WALTON purchassed one half 
interest in the North wall of A.O. & S. HARWELL's Brick Store, situated on 
Chambers Street, known in plan of said town as Lot 6, Section 7, Township 19, 
Range 27. Signed WILSON WILLIAMS, J.P.

Additional Comments:
Buyer was Dr.THOMAS MARION WALTON who graduatd from Augusta Medical College in 
1850 prior to joining the CSA. Sellers of the property were A.O. and S. 
HARWELL.
