Record Book 00 Page 447  Dated February 2, 1869.  L.S. JOHNSON was highest 
bidder at a sale in administration of the Estate of WALTER G. WILLIAMS, Dec'd. 
DANIEL BULLARD was administrator of Will.  For the sum of $3,270.00, L.S. 
JOHNSON purchased the following real estate:  Lots No. 2 and 3 and block No. 
12; No 2 being two hundred feet square and No. 3 a fractional lot in the town 
of Opelika.  Signed DANIEL BULLARD, Adm of W.G. WILLIAMS.

Additional Comments:
L.S. JOHNSON is Labon Scott JOHNSON. DANIEL BULLARD was administrator of the 
estate of W.G. WILLIAMS and acted on the behalf of his estate at the sale of 
his property.
