Confederate Pension
 He applied for a pension in 1892. Lee County, Alabama. He was living in Phenix 
City.
He was wounded in both hands from minnie balls on 15th of November 1864 at 
Franklin, Tennessee while serving in Company E of the 39th Alabama Volunteers. 
He also filed an application in 1891 where the date for his wound was 30th of 
November. 

Additional Comments:
He had enlisted at age 17 in April of 1862 at Russell County, Alabama.
