Pension
Petitioner T.S. Simmons resident of Lee County, in the state of Alabama. 
Corporal enlisted in Jan, 1864 at Montgomery, Alabama  and was honorably 
discharged 25 May 1865. At time of filing this application he is 57 years of age 
and that his post office is Opelika, Alabama. 

Medical examination:  Rheumatism of both shoulders, chronic purulent discharge 
from neck of bladder. Feeble and not able to make a living by manual labor.

Affidavit of Witnesses included W.H. Barker and E.J. Wheelless.
