By virtue of an order issued from the Probate Court of said county, to me, on the 2nd day of Nov 1874, for the sale of certain lands belonging to George E. McGehee, minor, I will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder, for cash, before the Court house door in the city of Opelika, at 12 o'clock on the thirteenth day of January 1875. The __ of section 20, township 19, Range 24, (except 100 acres of said 1/2 section and beginning at the south east corner of said 1/2 section & running west 8 acres, thence north, at right angles, 121/2 acres, thence east 8 acres, thence south 12 1/2 acres to the starting point. Also 101 acres in the n.e. corner and part of the n. e 1/4 of section 19, township 19, range 24, containing 320 acres more of less in all - Said sale made for the purpose of investment, for said minor.
