Term. 1874 Peter J. Gilstrap, complainant, and L. B. Mays, defendant, I will sell for cash to the highest bidder at public out cry in front of the Court House door of Lee county, Alabama on Monday 1st day of Feb. 1875 the following described property, to wit: The lands known as the South half of southeast quarter of section three, (reserving five acres for church when it may be selected) south half of southwest quarter of section three. North half of northwest quarter of section ten. Northwest quarter of northeast quarter of section ten. Northeast quarter of northwest quarter of section ten. Southeast quarter of the norhtwest quarter of section ten. All in township seventeen, range 27, containing 350 acres more or less.
