This bridge is listed in the WORLD GUIDE TO COVERED BRIDGES as Hallawakee Creek Bridge, no. 01-41-03, on Tillery Creek Road 2 spans, 140' long, Town type construction. Located near Beulah community off U. S. 29, noth of Opelika. The ALA- BAMA HISTORICAL COMMISSION is working with interested Lee Countians to preserve this fine wooden-pegged bridge.
