Oakwood Crematory.  Lived in Tacoma 27 years, Social Security No. "no record"  
Another Dr. signature: Joseph R. Turner at 435 Medical Arts Bldg.  Mr. Fagher is 
also an MD who signed in the blank called "registrar."  There is no number 
designated "certificate number.




Additional Comments:
I will keep the certificate for a couple months in case you would like it. George 
appears on the 1910, 20, 30 censuses in Lee county and I think once in Chambers, 
maybe 1880.  I obtained the certificate in error when searching for "my" George 
Wallace, whom I later found also in Tacoma.
