To her beloved husband, J.S.N. DAVIS 640 acres, more or less.  He shall give 
the two sons: JOHN S.N.DAVIS, Jr. & WILLIAM E. DAVIS a college education and 
at the age of 21 $500.00 each.  Shall but one son survive, then he is to have 
a college education and $1,000.  If her husband should marry again, the sons 
shall live with their sister, Nansin N. DOWDELL and their education be 
dictated by her.  In consideration of the daughter taking charge of the two 
sons, she leaves all the household furniture to her, except the furniture in 
the bedroom she occupied, which she leaves to her husband.  Attest:  J.W.
