Order Appointings & Admr.}} The State of Alabama Limestone County. Probate 
Court}}
March 8th, 1920. Estate of W. B. Brock, Deceased. Comes W. T. Hatchett, and 
files in Court his application praying the Court to appoint him Special 
Administrator of the estate of W. B. Brock, deceased, with authority to collect 
and preserve the goods of said decedent until Letters of Administration shall 
have been granted upon said estate, and showing unto the Court that such 
administration is necessary for the purpose of securing and preserving the 
goods and chattels of said decedent.
	And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the allegations 
of said applications are true; That Letters of Administration have not been 
granted upon the estate of said decedent; that it is necessary to appoint a 
special administrator for the purpose of collecting and preserving the goods of 
said decedent until the grant of Letters of Administration.
	It is Therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed, by the Court that said 
W. T. Cooley (sic) be, and he is hereby appointed special Administrator of the 
estate of of (sic) said W. B. Brock, deceased, with all the powers and 
authority conferred under the law, upon his entering into bond, with sufficient 
sureties, payable to and to be approved by the Judge of Probate Court of 
Limestone County, Alabama, in the penal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars, and 
conditioned to perform all the duties which are or may be required of him as 
such Special Administrator. And came upon this day, the said W. T. Cooler 
(sic), and filed his bond with W. E. Estes. As sureties, in the penal sum of 
Fifteen Hundred Dollars, Payable and conditioned as required by law, which bond 
appears to be sufficient and is hereby ordered approved, and it is further 
Ordered, Adjudged And Decreed by the Court, that the said W. T. Hatchett be, 
and he is hereby appointed Special Administrator of the estate of said W. B. 
Brock, deceased.

Order of Sale.
The State of Alabama Limestone County
In the Probate Court of Limestone County, Alabama, March 8th 1920 Estate of W. 
B. Brock, deceased.

Upon this day came W. T. Hatchett as Special Administrator of the estate of 
said decedent and made application for the sale of the following personal 
property belonging to said estate, to-wit:
One Gray Jenny Mule, 5 years old.
One Black Jenny Mule, 5 years old.
About 350 bushels of Corn.
(upon which there is a subsisting mortgage to Estes and Hatchett).
9 head of Cattle.
11 Head of Hogs.
10 bushels of cotton seed.
25 bales of hay and fodder.
A lot of farming tools and implements on the grounds that the same are 
perishable and liable to waste.
And it appearing to the Court that the allegations of said application are true.
It is therefore, Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the said Special 
Administrator sell said property at public auction for cash, after advertising 
the day, place and terms of sale, for five days by written notice posted at the 
Court house door, and three other public places in the country.
