The State of Alabama Limestone County Probate Court Term 1924

TO: J. W. Frost
Take Notice, That by an order of this Court, this day made and entered, you 
were appointed to act as Guardian ad litem for Alfred, Clarence, Lewis, Floyd 
and Hattie Louise Brock Minor heirs of W. B. Brock deceased, to represent and 
protect their interests upon Final Settlement of W. T. Hatchett, Guardian.

Given under my hand, this 29 day of April 1924.

I hereby accept the appointment of Guardian ad litem for Alfred, Clarence, 
Lewis, Floyd and Hattie Louise Brock, protect their interest upon the hearing 
of the above final settlement of W. T. Hatchett, Guardian.
