MATTIE
Wife of
J. B. McDougal
Born Jan. 19, 1854
Died Mar. 18, 1887
Here lies my wife, the joy of my life and the child in a grave near its mother.
On Another side is: Asleep in Jesus, Blessed sleep from which none ever wakes 
to weep.  A calm and undisturbed repose, unbroken by the last of foes.

Tall monument behind (west of) the Hoffman family plot.  There is a broken 
stone nearby.  Also, there are four baby graves just west of the McDougal 
monument.  There is no last name on those graves.  I have pictured them as 
McDougals as they do not seem to fit anywhere else.   The four graves are 
EFFIE, BABY, KATE, and ROBERT.  The Hoffman Family plot is west of Gate 1 
about midway between the entrance and the exit not far from the road.
