CAFFEE, Judge of said Court- Your Petitioners THOS O COKER and LOUISA COKER, administrator and administrtrix of the Estate of JACKSON COKER deceased respectfully represents, that the Estate of said JACKSON COKER deceased is owing debts to the amount of to wit: Sixteen Hundred Dollars and that the personal property of the Estate of said decedent is insuffieiecnt for the payment of the debt thereof, all of it having been set apart as exempted to the widow and minor children that the lands of said Estate which it is desirable to sell for the payment of the debts thereof are the following to wit: NE 4 N 2 of SW 4, NE 4 of NW 4 & N 2 of SE 4 less 4 acres in south east corner of the NW 4 of SE 4 all in SEC 12 Township 12 Rg 13-- also W 2 of NW 4 & NW 4 of SW 4 less 10 acres in the south east corner, Sec 7 T 12 Rg 14 and also the revisionary interest in the S 2 of S 2 less 10 acres off the Eastern Sec 1 T 12 Rg 13 & NE 4 of SE 4 Sec 25 T 13 Rg 13, heretofor set apart to the widow as dower; and that the heirs are the following to wit: JOHN S COKER, THOS O COKER and COMER J COKER each over the age of twenty one years, EUGENE BLECKER twenty years, WM B COKER aged seventeen years, JOSEPH S COKER aged fifteen years, JAMES H COKER aged thirteen years and VIOLA COKER aged eleven years, all of said heirs live in Lowndes County Ala, wherefore your petitioners prays, that the lands above described may be ordered to be sold for the purpose of paying the debts of said Estate and that such proceedings, orders and decrees may be had an made as may be proper and necessary to legally effect the sale of said land for the purpose aforesaid.
