Lowndes County )	Know all men by these presence that we Samual Johnson 
and John Tyson the Administrator of the Estate of Geo W. Adams dec’d and Jasper 
Centerfit Executor of the Est of Fletcher A. Centerfit Dec’d by the power 
invested in us by the Hon. Probate Court of the County & State afore said. For 
and in consideration of the sum of one thousand five hundred and sixty eight 
and 50/100 dollars ($1568.50) lawfull money of the United States to us in hand 
paid by Philip C. & Richard M. Burt the receipt whereof We do hereby 
acknowledge. We do hereby bargain sell enfeoff and confirm unto the said P. C. 
& R. M. Burt their heirs and assignes the following described Lot or Percel of 
land laying and being in the Town of Fort Deposit County and state afore said 
(Viz) Lot No. One in Lot No. four Block Nineteen (19) fronting Twenty (27) 
seven feet on Pollard atreet and one Hundred and twenty (120) feet West and 
parilel with Rogers street from the South corner according to C. P. Rogers 
survey. Together with all and singular lands teniments and hereditrements 
belonging or in any way pertaining there to to have and to hold the afore 
granted Lot and parcel of land and premises to the said P. C. & R. M. Burt 
their heirs and asignes to their behalf forever. And we do hereby covenent with 
said P. C. and R. M. Burt their heirs and assignes that we are lawfully 
authorized siezed enfeof the afore granted Lot or parcel of land and premses. 
That they are free from all incumberances and that we Samuel Johnson and John 
Tyson the Administrator of the Est. of the afore said G. W. Adams Dec’d and 
Jasper Centerfit Executor of the Est of the above mentioned F. A. Centerfit 
have a good and lawfull right to make good and sufficent title to the same to 
the said P. C. & R. M. Burt their heirs and assigns and that we warrant and 
defend the rite and title of said land and premises to said P. C. & R. M. Burt 
their heirs and assignes forever.
In witness whereof we have set our hands and affixed our seals this _______ day 
of ________ AD One thousand Eight hundred and seventy.
