Lowndes county        )	Know All men by these presents that for and in 
consideration of Seven Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by R. N. Burt the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged we hereby bargain sell convey and 
deliver to the said R. N. Burt his heirs administrators and assigns the 
following described Real Estate “To Wit” The SE ¼ of SW ¼ of Sec 28 T 12 R 15 
and a lot beginning at SE corner of the Church lot, thence East along SW ¼ of 
SW ¼ of Sec 28 T 12 R 15 to SE corner of said ¼ thence North 5 61/100 Ch Thence 
West paralell with boundary of Church lot thence south to starting point. 
Containing in all Forty Eight (48) acres more or less all in Lowndes County 
State of Alabama. To have and to hold to the said R. N. Burt his heirs 
administrators and assigns forever. And we covenant and agree with the said R. 
N. Burt his heirs and assigns that we are lawfully siezed in fee of the afore 
granted premises that they are free from all incumberance and that we have a 
good and lawfull right to sell and convey the land to the said R. N. Burt his 
heirs and assigns and that we will warrant and defend the title to the said 
Real Estate to the said R. N. Burt his heirs and assigns against the lawfull 
claims of all persons forever.
	In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 3rd 
day of November 1883.
