SE 1/4 of  the SW 1/4 of Sec 28 Township 12 Range 15
Written: May 31 1859

The State of Alabama )
Lowndes County        )		Know all men by these presents that I Sarah 
Wallas if the state and county afore said for the love I have for my son 
William Forrest do give unto him his heirs or assigns the following pice of 
land being in Lowndes County Ala Viz the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Sec 28 township 12 
Range 15 containing forty acres more or less. The said land I give unto said 
Forrest together with all the apertainances there unto belonging. The title 
where of I bind myself my heir or assigns to defend unto said William Forrest 
his heirs or assigns for ever.
	In witness where of I have here unto set my hand and seal this 31st May 
1859 signed sealed and delivered in the presence of  M. M. McThursen.

The above Sarah Wallace appeared before me Jon L Stubbs an acting Justice of 
the Peace in and for the County & State afore said & signed the above deed with 
her own will and accord.

Additional Comments:
Original in the possesion of my wife's cousin they are both 3rd great 
granddaughters of Richard Moody Burt.
