Lowndes County )	Know all men by these presence that I James H. Rencher 
as adminestrator of the Est. of  Wm. H. Gomes Decd. And by the power invested 
in me by the Hon. Probate Court of the County and State afor said For and in 
Consideration of the sum of fourteen Hundred and Eighty Dollars lawfull Money 
of the United States Paid me in hand by Samuel Johnson and Fletcher Senterfit 
and Geo. W. Adams of said County and State. The receipt thereof I do hereby 
acknowledge have this day Sold at public auction to the said Samuel Johnson 
Fletcher Senterfit Geo. W. Adams and (they being the highest bidder) Their 
hiers and asignes the following described lot or parcel of land laying and 
being in the Town of Fort Deposit County and State afor said (Viz) Lot No. one 
in Lot No. four Block nineteen (19) fronting Twenty Seven feet on Pollard 
Street and one Hundred and twenty feet west and paralel with Rogers Street from 
the South corner according to C. P. Rogers Survey. Together with all and 
Singular the legal teniments and hinditriments belonging or in any way 
pertaining thereto to have and to hold the afore granted lot or parcel of land 
and premises to the said Samuel Johnson and Fletcher Centerfit and George W. 
Adams their heirs and asignes to this behoof forever. And I do Covenent with 
the Said Samuel Johnson and Fletcher Senterfit and Geo. W. Adams their heirs 
and asignes that I am lawfully authorized Siezed infeof the afore granted lot 
or parcel of land and premises. That they are free of all incumberances and 
that I as administrator of the afore mentioned Estate have a good and lawfull 
right to sell and convey the same to the said Samuel Johnson and Fletcher 
Senterfit and Geo. W. Adams their heirs and asignes and that I as administrator 
of said Est. Warrant the title of said lands and premises to the said Samuel 
Johnson and Fletcher Senterfit and Geo. W. Adams their heirs and asignes 
forever.

	In Witness whereof I have set my hand and affixed my seal this 3rd day 
of December Eighteen Hundred and Sixty Six.
