Stone House, corner of Pollard & Rogers Sts. Fort Deposit
Written: 1867

Received of Richard M. Burt and P. C. Burt the sum of four Hundred Dollars part 
payment upon a Certain Stone House and Lot Situated on the Corner of Pollard 
and Rogers Streets in the Town of Ft. Deposit Ala.
The Conditions of the above receipt is such that for and in consideration of 
the above amt. of money I do hereby agree in the presience of these witneses to 
transfer to th said R. M. & P. C. Burt one third of the intrest in the House 
and Lot Mentioned in this receipt owned by Johnson Centerfit & Adams.
