Randolph Judge of Probate in and for said County M. Pruitt who, being duly sworn, deposeth and saith that he was a citizen of this State at the time he entered the Military Service hereinafter referred to; that he was at the time of the passage of "An Act for the relief of Maimed Soldiers," approved March 1st 1881, and is now, a resident of the State. Applicant further deposeth and saith, that he was a member of Company M of 6th Regiment Ala. Infantry in the Military Service of the Confederate States, and while in such service and in the discharge of his duty, he was on the 2nd or 3rd day of May 1863 at Chancellorsville in the State of Virginia wounded. In consequence of which wound he has* lost his right arm....... ......................................................................... applicant further deposeth and saith that he has [STATE WHAT HE HAS RECEIVED] thirty and 12/100 dollars received the benefit of former Acts for the relief of maimed soldiers, as passed by the several Legislatures of this State, and that he is entitled to the relief provided for under the Act "For the relief of Maimed Soldiers," approved on March 1st 1881. And that he is now engaged in business as a farmer in the State of Alabama. Sworn to and subscribed before me, this} 25th day of March 1881.} F. C. Randolph Judge of Probate} M.
