D. Gayle at Cahaba, Dallas county, Ala. Said negro is about five feet high, dark complexion, and has a scar on the right cheek, about twenty-eight years old, and weighs one hundred and twenty or twenty-five pounds. The owner is requested to come forward to prove property, pay cost and charges and take him away, or he will be dealt with according to the statue in such cases made and provided. C.
