Additional Comments:
Originally thought that this could be the son of Enoch Lovett and Amanda 
Philpot since he was living next to Steve Lovett (s/o Allen and Nancy Lovett 
who were also the parents of Enoch Lovett who died in the Civil War) in the 
1880 Wilcox County Census. Birth date per every census John Andrew Lovett was 
born abt 1860. 1900 census lists his birth as Dec 1861. I'm really confused by 
the date of birth on this certificate.
