Decree this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills made by me at any time, and do declare this to be my last will and testament. I bequeath all property, real and personal, as designated below: To Athea McQueen our home (house and lot). The deed is attached to this will. To Evelyn McQueen the brass floor lamp and lazy boy chair. To Margaret Cates, my Rose Poiret Silver, diamond ear rings and Mahogany table next to front door, and antique pitcher that matches the spoon holder that is hers that I keep on my dining table. To Frankie Davis my Hutch Cabinet, if still living, otherwise to Sara Howell. To Kate Tate, my Dining table and chairs, diamond penant, living room clock, camelia pictures, cake plate (Mamas) Small tea pitcher, powder box (grandma's) small yellow antique flower vase, cigarette table, Refrigerator, Dishes (everyday and good China) wrought iron trivet, and first choice of any thing that I do not have listed. To Sara Howell, Silver dinner bell, antique pitcher (Mama's) Tape player Peace rose picture, Bedroom Suite, mattress, crystal (Rose Poiret Navarre) small antique pictures, Bed room draperies and spread, Television, car, fall picture, eben and hiddies (?) and Brass chalice, and second choice of things I so not have listed. To Madeline Chesser, Mirror over table by door. To Johnnie Lee Newton the tall candle holder that she made and gave me and Silver cake plate they gave me on our 25th anniversary. I appoint Evelyn McQueen and Sara Howell as Co-Excutriex of this will, and direct that no bond inventory or accounting to be required of each. I further direct that above have the full right and authority to settle all claims owed by me.
