Second; I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Lawrence all of my property both personal and real to have and to hold for her benefit while she may live and at her death there to be equally divided between all of my lawful heirs. Lastly; I do hereby make and appoint my wife Elizabeth Lawrence my executrix to this my last will assisted by sons William Lawrence, Peterson Lawrence and Daniel Mitchell. Gamble who being duly sworn on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God, saith that he saw Stephen Lawrence deceased, in his life time sign, seal, publish and declare the within instrument in writing to be his last will and testament that he this deponent, together with Ira Tucker subscribed their names as witnesses thereto in the presence and at the request of said Stephen Lawrence, and all in the presence of each other on the day and year this is written and further deponent believes saw Lawrence at the time of signing the same was of sound and disposing mind and memory.
