I, James Maull, now in good health, sound mind and memory, make this my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary Maull, all my property both real and personal during her natural life, and at her death, to be divided equally, share and shre alike, to Jacob G. Maull (my oldest son) to be held in Trust for his support one equal share not to be subject to any debts he now owes or may here after be contracted by him, and at his death to be divided equally among his then children (Mary, James and Martha). It is my Will that my three daughters, Mary Cleveland, Margaret Larkins, and Eliza Larkins, receive likewise an equal share each, to be held in Trust by the following persons whom I appoint as Trustee for them and Jacob G. Maull, viz.: Jacob Givhan, Dr. George P. Friesone and John G. Maull. It is my will that the shares of the three girls (Mary, Margaret and Eliza) are not to be liable to any debts of their present of future husbands, but to be for their sole support and benefit, likewise the heirs of their body forever. It is my will they my three sons (James G. Maull, John G. Maull and Edward D. Maull) receive each an equal share. It is my Will if any of these children die without heirs, their share shall be equally divided among the surviving brothers and sisters. I appoint my wife Executrix, and Jacob Givhan, Dr. George P. Friesone, John G. Maull, and Edward D. Maull Executors. To this Will, my wife only is to act during her life, or any of the above named with her as she may choose.
