To my sister, Sarah Ann Buford, I bequeath all my Estate, both real and personal, of which I may be possessed at the time of my death. I have purposely refused to give anything to either of my brothers, John, L. W., or Abraham Buford, or my daughter, Mary Elizabeth. My purpose being that my said sister having been a helpmate and assistant to me for a number of years, and she being on an entirely dependent condition, and there being but little of my effects at best, that she shall have the entire and exclusive use of my property.
