Haigler Lowndes County, Alabama Will book C, page 271 State of Alabama, Lowndes County. I, Mildred W. Haigler of Lowndes County, do hereby make this my last Will, and I devise and bequeath and dispose of my estate as follows: I do hereby will and bequeath to my husband, David H. Haigler, and my children, all of my real and personal property, moneys, and all other property that I now posses or that I may hereafter inherit either real or personal. Should my children die before my husband, the said David H. Haigler, shall inherit their share, and at his death it shall revert back ... to my nearest kin. I hereby appoint my husband, D. H. Haigler, my Executor to perform this trust of this will. I hereby direct and request that my said Executor shall be exempt from giving sureties of bond. Caffee, Judge of Probate of said County, personally appeared in open court, W. N. Wynn, who being first sworn deposes and says that he is a subscribing witness to the instrument of writing now shown to affiant, which purports to be the last will and testament of the said Mrs. Mildred M. Haigler, dec'd, late and inhabitant of this county, that said M. M. Haigler signed and executed said instrument and declared the same to be her last will and testament on the day the same bears date, in the presence of said affiant and B. W. Mason who signed the same with affiant as a witness thereto, on the day same bears date as subscribing witness thereto in the presence and at the request of said testator, that said testator was of sound and disposing memory and fully capable of making her last will and testament at said time, and was of the full age of twenty-one years and upwards.
