I, Robert Russell, of said State and County, being of sound mind but of feeble health, do hereby make this my last will and Testament. It is my will that all the property both real and personal, that I may be possessed of at the time of my death shall be divided as follows, to wit: That my sons, R. H. Russell and J. H. Russell, and my daughter, I. G. Ellis, shall have one fourth each, and my Grandchildren, Robert R., Crowell and Eula Brodnax shall have the other forth equally divided between them. I here by appoint my sons, R. W., & J. H. Russell as the executors of this my last will and testament and having confidence in their integrity, it is my wish that they shall not be required to give bond. Witness my hand this 24th day of December, A.D., 1885. Witnesses Robert Russell John A. Robertson H. P. Williamson State of Alabama } Probate Court of said County Lowndes County } In the matter of the Probate of the Last Will And Testament of Robert Russell, Deceased. Before me, A. E. Caffee, Judge of said Court, personally appeared in open Court, John A. Robertson, who, having been by me first duly sworn and examined, did and does depose and say, on oath, that he is a subscribing witness to the instrument of writing shown to him and which purports to be the last will and testament of Robert Russell, dec'd, late an inhabitant of the County. That said Robert - signed and executed said instrument on the day the same bears date, and declared the same to be his last will and testament and that affiant set his signature thereto on the day the same bears date as a subscribing witness to the same in his presence of said Testator; that H. R. Williamson also signed said instrument on the day the same bears date as a subscribing witness thereto in the presence of said Testator, and that both of said subscribing witnesses signed the same in the presence of each other; that said Testator was of sound mind and disposing memory, and in the opinion of affiant, fully capable of making his will as the ____ the same was so made as aforesaid. Affiant further states that said Testator was on the day of the same date of said will of the full age of twenty-one years. Subscribed and sworn to in John A.
