That she is the duly qualified and acting executrix of the last will and testament of Mannie B. McPherson (Mrs. J. C. McPherson), a resident of Chatham County, Georgia, deceased, who departed this life on February 1st, 1933. 2. Applicant files herewith a certified copy of the Will of the said Mannie B. McPherson, under which she was appointed, and of the Letters Testamentary granted to her as such Executrix, together with a certificate of the Judge of the Court of the Ordinary of the County of Chatham in the State of Georgia, in which the said Will was probated, that said Will was regularly proved and established and that Letters Testamentary were issued to her, this applicant, thereon in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, in which such original letters was granted. 3. It appears from the Will that the Testatrix, Mannie B. McPherson, by an express provision there under, has excused this applicant from giving bond as Executrix. McPherson, formerly of the County of Lowndes in the State of Alabama now of Chatham County, Georgia, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills and codicils by me at anytime heretofore make. Item 1. I desire and direct that all of my just debts be paid by my Executrix, hereinafter named, as soon after my death as may be practicable and convenient. Item 2. I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Lois McPherson Clapp, all of my property whether real, personal, or mixed, and where so ever the same may be situated and whether in passions or the expectancy, absolutely, but if she shall have died before me, then to the heirs of her body. Item 3. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Lois McPherson Clapp, as the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, and I hereby relieve her from giving any bond before or after qualifying as such, and of any and all requirement of giving bond. And I further hereby relieve her of the necessity of making any inventory and/or appraisement of my property or estate and of the necessity of making any report or return to or any accounting or settlement with any court or official whatsoever of her acts and doings as such Executrix. I hereby confer on my said Executrix full power and authority to sell the whole or any part of my Estate or property, either at public or private sale, with or without notice and with or without any advertisement, as she may deem best and without any order of Court to authorize her to so. This power to sell may be exercised as often as my said executrix shall see fit and with full power and authority to reinvest the proceeds of any such sale in such property as she shall think best, whether that such property as Executrix and/or trustees are authorized to invest in under the laws of Georgia and/or laws of Alabama. McPherson at the time of executing said instrument of writing was to the best of deponent's knowledge and belief, of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and that he the said George t. Cann (the deponent) and Mary J. Nelson and Elizabeth M. Fitch in the presence of each other, and of the said Mannie B.
