Porter of said county and state of the one part and Abram H. McLaws trustor? of Sarah F. McLaws under marriage settlement of the county of Macon and State of Alabama of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Henry J. Porter for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred dollars to him in hand paid well and truly by the said Abram H. McLaws Truster? as afforesaid at or before the sealing and deliver of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, released, conveyed, and confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, release, convey and confirm unto the said Abram H. McLaws truster as aforesaid, his heirs and assigns all his rights, title interest and claim whatsoever in and to the following tracts of land. Situated lying and being in the State of Georgia, to wit, all that lot of land known as number forty seven (47) in the 15th district of Houston the same having been granted to one William Hair. Lot known as number one hundred and ninety nine, (199) 8th district of Henry County granted to one Justance Hale, Lot known as number forty five, tenth district second section (45 10dis 2nd sec) granted John S. Porters orphans of which said Henry J is one, Lot known as number one hundred and sixty nine, tenth district of Hall county (109, 10) the same having been granted to Eliza Franklin. Also lots know as number thirty eight (38) one hundred and fourteen (114) three hundred and seveny six (376) Thirty nine (39) forty (40) and thirty seven (37) of the fourteenth district of Early now Decatur County, the same having been granted to the said John S. Porter deceased and lot number fory one (41) of said County of Early now Decatur, the same having been granted to one William Rushing. Lot number one hundred and fifty six (156) first district of Baker County, the same having been granted to William Harper, together with all my right, title and interest and claim whatsover being the one third to all such other lots of land belonging to the estate of my father John S. Porter deceased, mostly situated in the twelfth and third districts of Baker County, said state of Georgia together with all singular the rights members, and appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said lots of land being, belonging, or in any wise appertaining the remainders, reversions, rents, issues, and proffits thereof and every part thereof. To have and to hold the said lots or parcels of land and all and singular the premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging as aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Abram H. McLaws truster as aforesaid his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Henry J. Porter and his heirs the said lots of land and premises aforesaid, and every part thereof unto the said Abram H. McLaws Truster as aforesaid, his heirs and assigns, against him the said Henry J. Porter and his heirs and all and every other person or persons whomsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In withness whereof the said Henry J.
