On the application of Eleanora Davis Widow of James R. Davis deceased, It is ordered that John Davis Administrater of the estate of said decedent be cited to be and appear before the Judge of this court house in the Town of Huntsville in said County on Saturday the twenty fifth day of February, Instant, to show cause why he shall not make final settlement of his administration. On the application of Joseph Leeman, for Letters of Administration on the Estate of William Leeman, late of said County deceased - It is ordered that the next of kin of said decedent be cited to be and appear before the Judge of this Count, at the court house in the Town of Huntsville. This day John Timmons applying for Letters of administration debouis non on the estate of William Leeman deceased. It is ordered that he give bond and securities in the penalty of three thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs and said John Timmons together with John Simpson and William McDowell his securities who are approved by the Court having entered into bond in the penalty aforesaid conditioned as aforesaid and having taken the oath prescribed by law.
