Estate of Polly Thompson Dec'd
Petition to sell land
This day came Benjamin Taliaferro by his ___ and filed his petition to sell the 
following described land, township _E1/4 of sec. 1 in town No 7 in range No2 
East the East half of South West quarter of same section and North half of 
South East quarter of section No 12 of same twonship No 17 in range No 2 East 
and if appearing further by said petition that W A Thompson of Lowndes County 
in the state of Mississippi. Isapahana Bassett wife of John Bassett and Louisa 
Manning wife of Robert Manning of Madison County. Albert A Thompson, Darvin DSP 
Thompson and Nancy Thompson of Sumter County and Indiana Manning wife of James 
R Manning Jr of Marengo Co are the devisees. It is ordered that citations issue 
publication be made that the said petition will be heard as a court to be 
holden the 1st Monday in June next and continued.
