Carmichael, late Sheriff of said county and Ex Official administrator of the Estate of John Leemon late of said County deceased, and prays that his accoount heretofore filed for a final Settlement may be taken, ?, examined, audited, and allowed and it appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court upon proof Made, That publication for three Consecutive Weeks in the Southern Advocate, a weekly newspaper printed in the town of Huntsville in Said County, had been made giving Notice that Said account had been filed and would be presented to this Court for settlement and the Court having audited and examined Said account together with the Vouchers therewith filed, and no exceptions being taken to the said account - and it appearing to this Court that the said administration is chargeable with the Sum of One hundred and ninety four Dollars and Seventy Six cents. (say $194.76/100) and is entitled to audits as ? ? ? ? ? ? and by the Vouchers therewith filed. to the Sum of Thirty five Dollars (say $35.00) leaving a balance on the 31st day of October 1857, of One hundred and fifty nine Dollars and Seventy Six cents (say $159.76/100) due from the said administration to the heirs at Law and distributees of the Said decedent; Now in his hands for distribution. It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court That Said account here stated be allowed, and that the same be filed, and together with this Decree be recorded - and it ? appearing to the Court upon proof made, That the following named persons are the heirs at law of the Said decedent; are entitled to distribution of the Said balance, namely- Green Leeman - Kitty Leemon , Hannah Leeman, James R. Wilks and Henry Wilks children of Betsey Wilks, formerly Betsy Leemon - T.D. Leemon, John (W or M?) Leemon, Henry P. Leeman, Enoch Leeman - Catharine N. King and Patsey Bratton children of Henry Leemon decd. Joseph Osborne and Anna Ransom, wife of James Ransom Children of Martha Osburn deceased formerly Martha Leemon, and Joseph Leemon deceased - This ordered adjudged and Decreed by the Court, that the said Green Leemon, Kitty Leemon, Hannah Leemon and the administrator of the estae of Joseph Leemon deceased ? recover of and from the Said George W. Carmichael administrator as aforesaid , the Sum of Twenty two Dollars and Eighty two cents (say $22.82/100) being the amount respectively of their distributions. Share of the Said balance - This further ordered adjudged and Decreed by the Court; That the Said James R. Wilks, Henry Wilks, joseph Osburne and Anna Ransom wife of James Ransom severally recover of and from George W. Carmichael administrator aforesaid the Sum of Eleven Dollars and forty two cents say ($11.42/100) being the amount respectively of their distribution shares of the Said balance. It is further ordered adjudged and Decreed by the Court, That the said T.D. Lemmon, John M. Lemon, Henry B. Leemon, Catharine N. King and Patsey Bratton Severally recover of and from the Said George W. Carmichael administrator aforesaid the Sum of Three Dollars and eighty Cents (say $3.80/100) being the amount respectively of their distributive shares of the Said balance - This finally ? and Decreed, that in Default of the payment by the Said George W. Carmichael administrator as aforesaid of said ? ? To decreed as aforesaid, execution, May be sued upon any and all of the said decrees, F.L.
