Mosley administrator of the Estate of James Thomas decd who was the administrator of William Leeman deceased and pray that the account heretofore filed by his ? with the Judge of Said Court for a final Settlement of this administration, May be taken, audited examined and stated and allowed, and on proof of publication for three Consecutive Weeks, by advertisement with the Southern Advocate a weekly Newspaper published in Said County, giving notice that said account was filed to all persons ? in adverse interest to be and appear before the Judge of Said Court on the 2nd Monday in January 1852 and Contest said Settlement, and said settlement having been regularly Continued until this term of said Court, I ? L Hammond Judge of Probate in and for said County, and state have audited and Examined said account and Vouchers, and after hearing all exceptions and objections Made thereto have stated said account and ascertained That said Thomas M. Mosley, administartor as aforesaid of James Thomas deceased has ? as assets of the Estate of William Leeman deceased, and is Changeable with the ? of ?, ? ? and One and 90/100 Dollars, and has ? for and On account of said Estate including Permission allowed him as administrator aforesaid the Sum of Three hundred and Twenty four Dollars and Twenty four cents leaving a balance due him as administrator as aforesaid of Twenty two hundred and sixty seven dollard and fifty six cents. It is therefore Ordered adjudged and Decreed; That George W. Carmichael Sheriff and administrator of the Estate of William Leeman deceased recorded of and from said Thomas M. Mosley as administrator as aforesaid. Said balance of twenty two Hundred and sixty seven Dollars and fifty cents for which Executor May issue.
