Carmichael late Sheriff of Said Count and Ex official administrator of the Estate of Martha Osburn late of Said County deceased and prays that his account heretofore filed for a final settlement May be taken Stated, examined, audited, and allowed and it appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court upon proof Made That publication for three Consecutive Weeks in the Democrat a weekly newspaper printed in the town of Huntsville in Said County had been made giving notice that Said account had been filed and would be presented to this Court for Settlement, and the Court having audited and examined said account, together with the Vouchers therewith filed, and no exceptions being taken ?, and it appearing to the Court that the Said administartor is chargeable with the Sum of One hundred and fifty Seven dollars and six cents (say $157.06/100) and is entitled to Credits, as appears by Said account and by the Vouchers therewith filed to the Sum of Twenty Six Dollars (say $26.00) leaving a balance on the 17th day of October 1857 of One hundred and thirty One Dollars and Six cents (say $131.06/100) due from the said administrator to the heirs at Law and distributees of the Said decedent Now in his hands for distribution - It is therefore Ordered adjudged and Decreed by the Court, That said account ? stated be allowed and together with this Decree be recorded. And if further appearing to the Court upon proof made that the following named persons are the heirs at Law of the said decedent and the only ones entitled to distribution of the said balance Viz Joseph Osburn and Anna Ransom wife of James Ransom formerly Anna Osburn. this Ordered adjudged and Decreed by my hand this 22nd Day of December 1857.
