Roger(s) Administrator of said Estate and report the same to the Court according to Law. Ordered That administration on the Estate of Martha Osborne decd John Lleeman Decd and Merritt Leeman Decd, be committed to George W. Carmichael Sheriff. Ordered That George w. Carmichael be appointed guardian of Henry Leeman Jr. Infant child of Henry Leeman Decd. Ordered That George W. Carmichael sheriff be appointed the Guardian for the infant children of Betsey Wilks decd. Ordered That Robert D. wilson, who in open Court consents to, and accepts the same, be appointed guardian and litem for the Infant children of Betsy Wilks Decd and Henry Leeman decd, to ? ? on the final settlement of George W. Carmichael Administrator of the Estate of William Leeman Decd. In the matter of the Final Settlement of Fleming Jordan Administrator de bonis min of George J. Weaver decd. On application of said Administrator it is ordered That he have leave to retake the deposition of Bartly M. Lom?. Minute Book 5 page 121 August 29th, 1857 D. Wilson Esq, of said County, who is a competent person and who now here appears before the Judge of said Court of Probate and accepts the appointment, be appointed guardian ad litem for the said infant heirs, Catherine Ann Erskine and William M. Erskine. - It is further ordered by the Court , That the Petition aforesaid be filed and recorded. An Appraisement of the perishable properti, belonging to the estate of Adam Hall, late of said County deceased, having been this day returned into Court by David S. Nowlin, Special administrator of the Estate of the said Deceden: It is Ordered by the Court That the same be filed and recorded. Minute Book 5 Page 121 August 31, 1857 Comes Fleming Jordan in proper person and makes a verbal application to be appointed administrator de bonis mon on the Estate of Fleming J. Mc Cartney, late of said county, deceased: Where upon it is ordered, by the Court That the said application be granted: and that he give Bond conditioned as required by law in the penal sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars: And the said Fleming Jordan together with Thomas S. M. Calley? and George W. Langhingho? his securities, who are by the Court approved having entered into Bond, conditioned as aforesaid, in the penal sum aforesaid, and taken the oath prescribed by law: It is Ordered by the Court, That Letters of Administartion de bonis mon, on the estate of the said decedent be issued to him accordingly & -- It is further Ordered by the Court That siad bond be filed and recorded. George W. Carmichael, Administrator of the Estate of john Leemon, late of said County, deceased having filed his account and vouchers with the Judge of said Court for Final Settlement: -- Ordered, that notice by publication for three consecutive weeks, in the Southern Adbocate, a weekly newspaper printed in the Town of Huntsville in said county, be given, that it is the intention of the said George W. Carmichael Administrator as aforesaid, to have said account presented to the said Court for allowance at the Term thereof to be held at the Court House of said County, on the Second Monday in October next when and where all persons interested in the settlement of said administration are required to appear and make exception to said account, if they think proper.
