State of Alabama - Madison County - To the Probate Judge of Madison County.

James J. McCann a resident citizen of Lincoln County, Tennessee represents 
unto your Honor that Robert McCann and Sarah Elizabeth McCann minor children 
of Mary Jane Cox, deceased and under the age of 14 years and reside in Caddo 
Parish, State of Louisiana that they have in Madison County about Five (5) 
Hundred Dollars in money. That he desires letters of guardianship upon the 
Estate of said minors to be sumitted to Mike White of Madison County in 
accordance with the law regulating such cases.
