To the Hon: Ferdinand L. Hammond, Judge of the Court of Probate in and for the County of Madison in the State of Alabama. The undersigned William T. Read, administrator de bonis non with the will annexed of William Weeden, late of said County deceased respectfully reports unto Your Honor, That in pursuance of a Decree of Your Honorable Court, pronounced and entered at the September Term thereof in the Term 1856, be proceeded to sell on Monday the first day of December 1856 before the Court house down in the town of Huntsville in said County at public auction, the following described Real Estate, belonging the the Estate of the said decdent to ? (1) The South West quarter of Section Eight in Township five of Range one West, and the North east quarter of Section Seventeen Township from Range one West and (2) the House and Lot situate in the town of Huntsville and discribed as being Known in the ? of said town as lots numbered sixty three, and seventy one, and bounded on the North be Gates Street on the South by William Street West by the Green Stree, and on the east by William J.
