  Miss MARY D. EGGLESTON, died at the residence of Mr. Wm. Greet, in 
Huntsville, Ala., June 16, 1884, aged 17 years. 
  She was “sweet seventeen” in its full acceptation and greatly beloved by 
family and friends. She ratified her baptismal vows in confirmation by Bishop 
Wilmer at his last visit here, and died in the Christian’s faith in a happy 
resurrection.  She was a niece of Mrs. Greet and grand daughter of the late 
Gov. Thos. Bibb, of this State.
