Garrett Andrew J. Garrett, age 40, ex-service man and member of the American Expeditionary Forces, died at the Huntsville Hospital Saturday morning at 12:40 o’clock after a short illness. The body was conveyed to the residence of J. D. Bridges where it will remain until funeral services are conducted today at 1:00 o’clock at Ford’s Chapel. The Rev. E. G. Stillman will conduct the services and Womack’s will be in charge of arrangements. Surviving are his widow, two sons, William and Milton, two daughters, Pauline and Irene, three brothers, Lee, Obadiah and Clarence, all of Harvest and two sisters, Mrs. John Ellis of this city and Mrs. Willie McLaughlin of Limestone county, also a number of nieces and nephews.
