Huntsville Democrat, February 11, 1903.
Mr. Richard H. Lowe, late Solicitor of the 8th Judicial Circuit, on Sunday, 
February 8, was stricken with paralysis and died on Monday morning at the home 
of his mother Mrs. A. S. Fletcher, of this city.  The funeral occurred last 
evening.
