Price Stone Williams was born April 6, 1882, and departed this life March 16, 1955, making her stay on earth 72 years, 11 months, and 10 days. She became a member of the Primitive Baptist Church the third Sunday in August 1914 and remained faithful until her departure. She is survived by her husband G. W. [George] Williams; five daughters and four sons: Mrs. Estell Mason of Plevna, Ala., Madison Co.; Mrs. Annie Lou Brewer, Birmingham, Ala.; Mrs. Lorene Isbell and Hazel Green, Alabama; Mrs. Gladys Watson and Mrs. Lavonia Lee of Huntland, Tenn; Alvie and Maloy of Huntland; Kenneth of Dallas, Tex.; and Ralph of Mobile, Ala. Also, three brothers and one sister; 27 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. Elder R. L. Biggs of Nashville, Tenn., was wonderfully blessed to speak comforting words to the bereaved family, brethren, and friends. We feel that our loss is her gain. May the mercy and blessings of God be with and upon all those who mourn. Written by her nephew, R. C. She was living in Tennessee at the time of her death and was buried there at Huntland, Franklin County, in the Mount Carmel Cemetery.
