  DAVIS – EWING. – At the residence of the bride’s mother, near Huntsville, 
Ala., Nov. 23, 1881, by Rev. J. A. B. Lovett, DRURY M. DAVIS to Miss ALICE LEE 
EWING, daughter of Mrs. Mary J. Ewing – all of Madison County, Ala.
  After the ceremony was performed, an elegant supper was provided, which was 
greatly enjoyed by all.  We sincerely hope that their paths through life will 
be strewn with flowers of richest hue, and that they may realize all the 
brightest anticipations of “Love’s young dream.”
