Albert T. Goodwyn, of the United States Army. When Lieut. Goodwyn was ordered to the Philippines, like the true woman, Miss Charlie Lane decided to go with him as his bride, rather than have the marriage indefinitely postponed, so she went up to Nashville last Wednesday, and on Saturday was married at the home of her aunt, Mrs. Rose. The bride is the oldest daughter of Mrs. Madge Lane, and the late Mr. Hector D. Lane, and is a lovely young woman in character and person. The groom is highly spoken of as a young man of fine character and a member of a prominent South Alabama family. The Democrat wishes them joy in their married life and success in their temporary home abroad.
