First I give and bequeath unto my mother Prescilla Cade, my carriage and gray mare colt and all my household furniture and all the balance of my property of whosoever nature it may be. I give and bequeath unto my father William Cade and my mother Prescilla Cade in trust for my children to be enjoyed by them either in possession or by profits as they said trustees shall think best for them and if any one or more of my children should die without leaving a child living then it is my desire that the property should go to the survivors or survivor and in case all of my children should die having no child living then and in that case it may wish that all the property heretofore given to my children should be equally divided between my brothers William B Cade, Adolphus Cade and Ervin E Cade and my sister Martha Alston. In testimony whereof I have set my hand and affixed my seal the 7th day of February 1830.
