JOHN FRANKS, a well known citizen of the county, fell from his wagon on last 
Saturday night and was instantly killed a few miles northeast of Guin.  The 
wagon was loaded with lumber and both wheels passed over his head and neck.  
The unfortunate man was under the influence of whisky at the time.
