MARRIAGE LICENSE
The State of Alabama, Marion County
To any Minister of the Gospel, Judge of the Supreme or Circuit Courts, of 
Chancellor of said State, Judge of Probate, or any Justice of the Peace of 
said county,, Greeting
You are hereby authorized to celebrate the Rites of Matrimony between Mr. 
ELIAS ESTILL and MISS NEOMIA MCKAY and this shall be your sufficient authority 
for so doing.
      Given under my hand and seal, this 29th day of Oct, 1903 and of American 
Indepence the 28th year.

The above parties were married by me at BRIDE'S HOME IN MARION COUNTY, on the 
1st day of Nov. 1903.

Know al lmen by these present, that we, ELIAS ESTILL AND W. T. CANTRELL, are 
held and firmly bound unto the state of Alabama in the sum of Two Hundred 
Dollars, to which payment will and truly to be made, webind ourselves, our 
heirs, executors, administrators,a dn assigns, jointly and severallym, firmly 
by those present.
Sealed with our seals, adn dated this 29 day of Oct. 1903.
     The condition of the above obilgation is such, that if there be no legal 
cause to obstruct the marriage of ELIAS ESTILL to MISS NEOMA MCKAY, to whom a 
license has this day been granted, then to be void, else to remain in full 
force and virture.  Witness our hands and seals, the day and year above 
written.
