From Hwy 431 and Main St, go north to the 3rd left and turn onto Scott Ave. Go two blocks up, and turn right on Tyler, across from St Paul Missionary Baptist Church. Go down to the end. Grace Hill is right next to the National Guard Armory. (There are possibly 2 more graves than listed here: there are grave shaped disturbances in the grass, but no markings.
