T.A. Street Judge of Probate Know all men by these presents that whereas the undersigned Willima H. Davidson who is the son of Henry Davidson last of Marshall County Alabama, now deceased and whereas sain Henry Davidson died interstate leaving the undersigned and the children of this Brother James T. Davidson his only heirs at law and his widow Malinda S. Davidson who is now living and whereas the undersigned ? is willing and ? to sell asse? and transfre all of this interst both ? and personal property in the Estate of said Henry Davidson or asforesaid and whereas the experice of anmisistration and experence of said Estate ? be more or less ? the expense ? of said Estate may require said interst of the undersigned is not settled or determined and now in consideration of the ? and fee to set for the ? herein be fore State and for in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars in cash of paid the ? of which is acknowledged & recorded from Jno. W. Grayson and his two bonds of even date herewith and dueand payable one at Tweleve months after state and one at Two years after datesuch for the sum of Two Hundred & Fifty Dollars bearing interest from date of at ? ? ? we have this day ? granted bargain & sold said con? there present do give ? bargain Sell and convey unto Jno. W. Grayson his heirs and assigns forever all of our tight? little Estate & interset both at law and equity? in and to teh Estate fo Henry Davidson borh of ? and personal property rihts as well also ? all ? agreenemt? said Estate and said Grayson is hereby cleansed from all and every liablities? as against us fro claim whatsoever we have against said Estate this transfer being filed and ferial? of all ? against said Estate both as distrubitor of same or as a creator of ? and is ? to be ans is a full and fenced sale and dischardges of all of of all of our interest both legal and equitable.
