LAND PATENT, Certificate # 18309, dated June 15, 1854, 
Land Office of Huntsville, Alabama:

To all to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting:

WHEREAS  	Howell Hays Holley of Marshall County Alabama

has deposited in the General Land Office of the United States, a Certificate of
the Register of the Land Office at Huntsville whereby it appears that full
payment has been made by the said Howell Hays Holley  according to the
provisions of the Act of Congress of the 24th of April 1820, entitled "An act
making further provision for the sale of Public Lands",for the South West
quarter of the South West quarter of Section Seventeen, in Fractional Township
Seven, of Range One East, in the District of Lands, subject to sale at
Huntsville Alabama, containing Forty Acres and fourteen Hundredths of an Acre.
